Norway's smallest municipality has no streets – but lots of street art!
With just over 200 inhabitants, Utsira is Norway's smallest municipality. But even though there are not that many inhabitants, Utsira is an active local community. It is almost a given that people participate in social activities; music bands, sports teams, welfare associations and handicraft clubs. When the idea of a street art project in Utsira came up a few years ago, people lined up. As they have done during every single TV campaign, at other fundraisers and whenever there is something else.
